Taylor Momsen on the cover of Teen Vogue

On the Cover of the September issue of Teen Vogue is Taylor Momsen. I do have to say, she's grown up quite a bit from when we first saw Little J in season one of Gossip Girl. I love how her style has changed to grunge rock. All the looks for the shoot were amazing, and I love the Topshop vampire t shirt shown in the first photo. *sigh* I can't reiterate enough how much I adore topshop and want to go on a shopping spree there. Think of Topshop as the British Urban Outfitters... but a wee bit more expensive
